Runners should also do the strength training to improve their running form, endurance, speed and other physiological factors. M. Chatara et al. Merry Christmas to everyone!
Christmas time is good time for relaxing but don’t forget to take care yourself. Eating good food and enjoying is okay, but don’t eat yourself sick and lay in the sofa all day long, if you are not going to run or do other training, go to walk with your family or friends.
